A412 is a Cr26Ni21Mo2 pure austenitic stainless steel welding electrode with rutile coating, which can be used for AC and DC application. Mo added in the deposited metal enables it have a better corrosion resistance, heat resistance and crack resistance than A402 and A407, and its welding performance is good.
The product is applicable for the welding of heat-resistant stainless steel, stainless steel lining and dissimilar steel at high temperature.
1. The welding electrode shall be baked at 300℃ for 1h before welding.
2. Operating with DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large.
