J422 is a kind of carbon steel welding electrode with Titanium calcium type coating, which is permitted for all positions welding work. AC/DC both can be applied. The product has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability, easy re-strike and optimal bead appearance.
It is applicable to the welding of general carbon steel and low alloy steel structures with low strength grade, such as Q235, 09MnV, 09Mn2, etc.
