JQ-309L is a CO₂ gas shielded stainless steel flux-cored welding wire, which has excellent welding performance with soft and smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. It is permitted for all-position welding. The deposited metal has good crack resistance.

The product is applicable for welding 06Cr23Ni13(S30908), stainless steel and carbon steel base metal, such as 309 stainless steel, and can also be used for the same type of stainless steel structure, composite steel, dissimilar steel and other components manufactured by synthetic fiber and petrochemical equipment. It can also be used for surfacing welding the transition layer on the inner wall of nuclear reactors and pressure vessels and welding the components in the tower. It is mainly used in the fields such as etrochemical industry, food and medical treatment, ships, nuclear power and so on.
