JQ·SJ301 is an aluminum-titanium sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. The welding flux is acid flux, which has strong porosity resistance and is insensitive to rust sticking.
Working with proper welding wire (such as JQ·H08A), applicable for welding base metal with tensile strength of 430MPa. It is commonly used in the fields such as pipelines and steel structures.
1.The welding flux must be baked at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use.
Impurities such as rust, oil stain and moisture must be removed from the work piece before welding.
