A302 is a Cr23Ni13 stainless steel welding electrode with rutile coating. AC/DC both can be applied. The deposited metal has good crack resistance, oxidation resistance and welding performance.
The product is applicable for welding 06Cr23Ni13 and the same type of stainless steel, stainless steel lining, dissimilar steel, high chromium steel and high manganese steel.
1. The welding electrode should be baked at 300℃ for 1h before welding.
2. Operating with DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large.
