A102 is a 18%Cr-9%Ni stainless steel welding electrode with rutile coating, which is designed for AC/DC applications. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties and weld intercryctalline corrosion resistance, excellent welding performance and porosity resistance. The coating is resistant to falmes and cracking.
The product is applicable for welding corrosion-resistant 06Cr19Ni10 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel structures with working temperature below 300℃.
1.The welding electrode should be baked at 300℃ for 1h before welding.
2. Operating with DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large.
