A022 is an ultra-low carbon Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steel welding electrode with rutile coating, which can be used for both AC and DC applications. The deposited metal contains ≤0.04% carbon, with good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance and porosity resistance, good operating process performance, flame resistance and good strength.
The product is applicable for welding ultra-low carbon 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel structure and chromium stainless steel, composite steel and dissimilar steel which cannot be heat treated after welding.
1. Before welding, the welding electrode should be baked at 300℃ for 1h.
2. Operating with DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large.
